I’m an eLearning Designer who loves transforming complex topics into engaging, interactive adventures for learners of all ages!

 

My journey began in after-school and summer performing arts programs for middle and high school students, where I discovered the incredible power of creativity and play. Watching those students laugh and learn at the same time inspired me to bring that same spark into corporate training.

 

Today, I blend proven instructional design methodologies (like ADDIE and Bloom’s taxonomy) with a healthy dose of imagination to captivate and motivate adult learners. Whether it’s a gamified onboarding session or scenario-based compliance training, I believe learning should feel like an engaging quest rather than a checklist chore. By weaving in real-world challenges, group activities, and a touch of humor, I help learners connect to the content—and maybe even enjoy the ride!

 

When I’m not dreaming up new ways to make learning more delightful, you’ll find me experimenting with animation, interactive quizzes, or inventive media solutions to keep curiosity alive. My goal is simple: empower people to grow their skills in a way that feels natural, exciting, and yes—fun. After all, why should kids have all the best learning experiences?
